Privacy Policy

1. What this site collects

Nothing you type, because there is nothing to type. There is no registration, no login and no contact form. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share data with data brokers.

Two technical things happen anyway, and you should know about them:

• Server logs. Our host, Vercel, records standard request data — IP address, approximate location, browser type, page requested and timestamp. This is how any web server works and is used for delivery, security and diagnosing faults.
• Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google sees your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.

2. Local storage in your browser

Some pages remember small preferences on your own device — for example the framework you selected in the documentation, or settings you changed in a product preview. This data never leaves your browser and is not readable by us. Clearing your site data removes it.

3. When you buy something

Checkout is handled entirely by Tebex Limited, who are the merchant of record. They collect what a payment requires — name, email, billing details, payment method and your Cfx.re account identifier for delivery.

We never see your payment details. What we can see in the Tebex dashboard is limited to order records: which product, when, and the Cfx.re account it was delivered to. Tebex's handling of your data is covered by their privacy policy.

4. When you open a support ticket

Support runs through Discord. Your Discord username, the messages you send and anything you attach are stored by Discord under their privacy policy, and are visible to our staff. Do not paste passwords, database credentials or licence keys into a ticket — we will never ask for them.

5. Analytics

If we enable analytics, we will use a privacy-respecting, cookieless product that measures page views and traffic sources without profiling individual visitors or following them across other websites. This section will name the provider when that happens.

6. Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Tebex may set cookies during checkout on their own domain, which is necessary for a payment to complete.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live — in particular under the GDPR in the EU and EEA, and under Ukrainian data protection law — you have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and portability, and to object to processing.

Because most of the data relating to a purchase is held by Tebex, requests about orders, invoices and payment data should go to them directly. For anything we hold, contact us through Discord and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Retention

Order records are retained by Tebex for as long as their legal and accounting obligations require. Support conversations remain in Discord until deleted. Server logs are retained by our host for a short rolling period.

9. Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will act on it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in our Discord.
