Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Dispersia Studio ("we", "us") develops independent software resources for the FiveM and RedM platforms. This website is dispersia.net. Purchases are processed by Tebex Limited, who act as the merchant of record for every transaction.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or any other third party unless explicitly stated.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use a digital product, not ownership of it. Ownership, copyright and all intellectual property in our scripts remain with Dispersia Studio.

Your licence allows you to

• Install and run the resource on one FiveM or RedM server
• Modify any part shipped in readable form — configuration, locales, stylesheets — for use on that server
• Transfer the licence once, through the Cfx.re platform's own transfer function

Your licence does not allow you to

• Resell, sublicense, rent, share or redistribute the resource, in whole or in part
• Publish it anywhere, including leak sites, file hosts, GitHub or Discord servers
• Decompile, deobfuscate or otherwise attempt to recover protected source code
• Remove, alter or obscure ownership markings, licence checks or watermarks
• Use it on additional servers without an additional licence

Free resources are governed by the same terms. Free does not mean unlicensed — you may use them freely on your own servers, but you may not republish or resell them.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered instantly to the Cfx.re account you sign in with at checkout, and appear at portal.cfx.re. Assets are granted to that account, not to your email address. If you sign in with the wrong account, contact Tebex — we cannot move a grant between accounts.

4. Updates

Updates are included for the lifetime of the product at no additional cost and are delivered through the same portal. We do not charge for major versions and we do not require repurchase.

We may discontinue a product. If we do, you keep the last released version and your licence to use it, but we may stop issuing updates or support for it.

5. Support

Support is provided through our Discord ticket system and covers installation, defects and documented behaviour of the product. Dispersia Studio is a small studio, so we do not claim round-the-clock availability. Tickets are answered within one business day, usually sooner.

Support does not cover:

• Custom development, feature requests or modifications for your server
• Problems caused by third-party resources, modified core files or unsupported frameworks
• General FiveM or RedM server administration

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products to operate services that break the law, violate the terms of Cfx.re, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive, or facilitate cheating, fraud or the harassment of others.

7. Termination

We may terminate a licence without refund if it is used in breach of these terms — in particular redistribution, resale or attempts to defeat the escrow protection. Termination does not limit any other remedy available to us.

8. Warranty and liability

Our products are provided "as is". We test every release on a live production server before publishing it, but we do not warrant that a product will be free of defects, or that it will be compatible with every combination of resources on your server.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost player base, server downtime or data loss.

9. Payments

All payments are processed by Tebex Limited, who handle billing, invoices, tax and refunds. We never see or store your payment details. Their terms apply to the transaction alongside ours, and their customer support is at tebex.io/support-customer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in our Discord. Continuing to use a product after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
